personality and Sonoma County resident Chef Guy
Fieri will teach guests how to ?Play with their
Chardonnay? at the Grape To Glass Wings and Wine
Lunch overlooking the lush croquet fields at Sonoma-Cutrer
Winery. This is the final event of the 11th Annual
Russian River Valley Winegrowers Grape to Glass
weekend.
Guy will give a brief, humorous recap of his recent
adventures to stardom becoming "The Next
FoodNetwork Star" and winning his own television
series ?Guy?s Big Bites? on FoodNetwork TV. He
will lead an interactive session on how to "Play
with Your Chardonnay" as he guides guests
through some fun and unusual food and wine pairings
with Russian River Valley Chardonnay, fast becoming
the next big wine sensation. Lunch immediately
follows with a fabulous selection of Russian River
Valley wines for sampling as the Wings Over Wine
Country Air Shows commences overhead.
Lunch has been timed to take advantage of Wings
Over Wine Country, a nationally known air show
that is staged at the Pacific Coast Air Museum,
just blocks away from Sonoma-Cutrer. After lunch,
relax and enjoy the air show, try your hand at
a little croquet hoop shoot or stroll on the terrace,
all the while drinking in the magnificent view
of the vine-covered hills of the Russian River
Valley on a sparkling summer afternoon.
