FoodNetwork Star Guy Fieri
Shows Guests How To Play with Their Chardonnay

Santa Rosa, CA (July 26, 2006)3⁄4 On Sunday August 20, 2006 restaurateur, TV cooking personality and Sonoma County resident Chef Guy Fieri will teach guests how to ?Play with their Chardonnay? at the Grape To Glass Wings and Wine Lunch overlooking the lush croquet fields at Sonoma-Cutrer Winery. This is the final event of the 11th Annual Russian River Valley Winegrowers Grape to Glass weekend.

Guy will give a brief, humorous recap of his recent adventures to stardom becoming "The Next FoodNetwork Star" and winning his own television series ?Guy?s Big Bites? on FoodNetwork TV. He will lead an interactive session on how to "Play with Your Chardonnay" as he guides guests through some fun and unusual food and wine pairings with Russian River Valley Chardonnay, fast becoming the next big wine sensation. Lunch immediately follows with a fabulous selection of Russian River Valley wines for sampling as the Wings Over Wine Country Air Shows commences overhead.

Lunch has been timed to take advantage of Wings Over Wine Country, a nationally known air show that is staged at the Pacific Coast Air Museum, just blocks away from Sonoma-Cutrer. After lunch, relax and enjoy the air show, try your hand at a little croquet hoop shoot or stroll on the terrace, all the while drinking in the magnificent view of the vine-covered hills of the Russian River Valley on a sparkling summer afternoon.

The Wine and Wings Lunch is just a portion of the activities available at this year?s Russian River Valley Grape to Glass. Tickets are $75 each and are still available by calling 707-521-2535 or by registering online at www.rrvw.org.
